I think posting when a persons birthday is would be nice .. it gives us time to draw something just for them ... normaly i find out the day of or after the date ..then it seems not as personal . listing the dates to come someplace would be really nice ...thanks for the idea Nellie ..ask jeanette about it she could make a place for the up comming birthdays .

i agree kim, i usually find out the same day or day after also. whenever its posted on here. sorry rsine and see--happy birthday happy birthday. i hope you had a great time

I understand people wanting to celebrate other's birthdays but I don't believe we need a specific thread for that. Birthdays - in my eyes - are nicer when its a surprise.

By listing birthdays (if they are known) you set up some level of expectation that can't always be met, either in the suggestion of drawing something for someone, or if someone leaves or is unavailable. Spontaniety is the better way to go - in my humble opinion.

My son and i we've been very sick (three weeks) with a strong flu.
In my island 550 people per day are going to the emergency hospital with flu.
But we're a bit better so i will participate more.
