You just did! Or do you mean how to reply in a forum? I am going to guess this one. At the bottom or top of the thread you are reading there is a "addreply" button, click this, then type in your reply. If you want to add a drawing click "browse" pick your pic, then"add this attachment" then "add into post", when you are ready, go to the bottom and click "addreply".
Go to the welcome forum and start a new topic and introduce yourself (same way you asked this question). Most discussions are happening in the general discussions.
Under my drawspace you can start an album, make it public so it will show up in the gallery.
Ask more questions if you need to. you will find the people very friendly.
