Hello guys, as most of you Know Kay has been trying and practicing very hard to learn to do watercolors. I have read several books, which in some ways tend to contradict each other, I have inquired of artist here and other places kind enough to help as much as they could and I appreciate it. I wanted to share something I found last night, some of you may already know of the site but for those of you who dont and want to learn some media or technique I have found this website, and I also rented (I love this idea of renting digital downloads) 'inspiration from the garden' I cant wait to get a start on it, though I am waiting for my paper to arrive.

anyway for those interested in video classes check here

I thought it was a little gem of a find too Sarah. the one i decided on renting covers fur, metal, flowers, salt tech, background and other stuff ..i have watched nearly all of it and it is a very good instructional video. I have already learned a bunch, you can learn much faster by seeing rather than reading

I'm a visual learner, so videos are definitely a great help to me! The videos look very informative. I'm going to be looking into the beginning watercolor and washes videos first and see how I like the media. Watercolor has always facinated me. happy.gif
