How do I get a Thumbnail of a picture I want to put in a post? I am able to get a picture attached but that is not like a thumb nail. Need explaination. Thanks.

After you've attached the image, you should see it listed in the "File attachments" section below your post. On the right-hand side you will see a button that says "add into post". When you click this button some text will appear in your post (wherever your cursor is) that looks like this: (attachmentid=1)

When you submit your post, this text will be replaced with a thumbnail of your attachment.
