I haven't posted here for such a long time!!! I do look in regularly to see what everyone's up to, though

My brother's partner asked if I would draw a portrait of Angel as she passed a few years ago and Mo still misses her.
She was originally a feral cat, hence the nick in her ear to show that she had been caught and neutered. Mo takes in lots of rescue cats and at the moment has nine. The most she has had at any one time is 13!!!

That's wonderful. I love all that fur. She looks like you could just reach out and pet her.

you have done a great job capturing the fluffy look of the coat .. my cat when I was growing up was a tom and he had the same splits in his ears from fighting.

Thanks Cyn, Raidor, Kim and Paulette. I really enjoyed drawing this cat and seeing her emerge from the paper. She, I believe, was rather wild in her early days, but Mo says she became really affectionate as time passed.
