HI!

I signed up for a 3mth subscription that ended in April....before the due date i downgraded my account. I followed the right procedures right up to the note which said my account has been downgraded and that I will no longer be billed. I came in today to look at the forums and it still says i am a premium member and that my next bill will be in July. Could someone please help me with this. I did not sign up for another 3mth subscription and would like to have something sorted before i get another credit bill.

Hi Cols,

Your account had two duplicate cancel requests filed under it. There was one for July 17th (which I'm assuming is the correct one) and I have just deleted the other. Let me know if this hasn't resolved your problem.

Also, please note you will retain Premium Member status (and full access rights) until the end of your current billing cycle. This is intentional.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Actually i downgraded my account in April already. I never signed up for another 3mths. When i came to look at the forum i saw my status as yet again a Premium member and i downgraded again. My account should have been downgraded In April when i did it the first time.
