The other day I ended up here by jumping to random drawing links using StumbleUpon. I've been wanting to take lessons in drawing for a while but my schedule is more suited to home lessons so this site seems perfect.

Looking forward to actually having some artwork to show sometime soon

Hi and welcome to the group. The lessons here are great, and so easy to follow. I'd also recommend the book Drawing for Dummies, by the same author who has this site. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your work.

I had another handle I've used forever but people always mixed it up with religious connotations. So I was sitting at my desk trying to think of something, and watching my leopard gecko stare at a mealworm. I've heard people say they taste nasty, so Bitterbug was born.

I'm feeling extra guilty about not being able to practice lately after finally getting started and making some quick progress in drawing that I never though I could do. Going to have to push myself to find at least an hour a day to draw. If I start scanning each picture in and posting it as I progress maybe that will make for a good incentive.

I also sent a note about paying through paypal from the feedback form today The subscriptions system there is quite handy and can be deducted straight from a bank account, which is nice.

I also found this site using Stumbleupon! I rarely use it anymore, just when I am bored but glad I found this site.
