I am just a little confused about the numbers 1 to 5. Is that negative to positive? or vice versa?

Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I must have accidentally marked your original post as "read".

To answer your question: 1 is bad, 5 is good.

This is confusing. Perhaps you could add a little "indicator" showing that 5 is best.
