You would think someone in the tech field would already now the answer but I just learned why internet sites post their ads and URLS on forums that have nothing to do with what they sell. It isn't for us to read and then go visit, it has to do with getting better rankings in the google search engine. Apparently when google finds a link to some place many times, it put it higher in the rankings when someone searches on a term that is associated with that link. Just thought that was interesting and I am sure others have scratched their head wondering why there is so much of that going on.
