I am glad you like him Paulette.......you should see the riot of colour in my yard if I put seed out. There are the noisy Rainbow Lorikeets who battle evryone for 1st go at the dish, then there are the the red & green King Parrots who are majestic, also we get Pale Headed Rosellas, Magpies, and then the array of finches the Zebras, the Redheads, and the Superb Wrens. Its a riot of colour but they all come at different times.......the little birds after all the big bullies have left.
Here are the wonderful cards that have flown into my letterbox so far:
Norma sent a cute little Song Thrush
The Yellow Warbler came from
Carol, and I can imagine him in the brambles.
Kay sent a gorgeous coloured McCaw
The cutist little fledgling Bluebird is from
Trish - I just love the way he is all fluffed up.
Sandra's Barn Swallow is the most amazing purplish blue!
Joanna made a stylised peacock like is used in the Festival of Lights.

Jeanne's Barn Owl
Steve sent a little wren - I think she has seen a bug she looks so intent.
Gretchen sent a mythical eagle like the ones of the Navaho Indians in Arizona.
A purple Martin came flying in from
Roxy.
2 birds came from
Sveta, a Dalmation Pelican, and a Blue-Footed Booby - they are both great!
Suzaku a celestial bird of the Chinese - one of the Four symbils of the Chinese constellations, it came from
Marisa, and the name made me think of when I was called Suzi-Q as a kid! Good match Marisa.
And last but not least is the Toucan in a frame from
Lenny, thanks so much for such a colourful bird and the effort of the framing Lenny. Its terrific.
