I opted to do the lock as well. Not sure I can draw the cat ( my own passed away Feb 18/07 she was almost 20 years old ...a good life for a cat and she was a grey tabby too! ) . He is smart looking cat

sorry for the late reply, my answer is mysteriously gone with the wind.....
20 years - THAT is a long cat-life. I totally can understand that you don't want to draw a cat right now.
You are correct, Josh is a smart cat - and he knows this.

He is very affectionate and always with us (the other 7 are very close too, but not as much as Josh) and I must say thank you to you because now we know the father of Josh.
He is a wild cat, born free until neighbours grabbed him and put him into an aquarium. They thought the mother was gone, but she was still there with the other 2 babies.
Everyone in our village knows that we are the "cat-and-dog-people" *laughing* so someone told us of this babycat in the glasshouse with a wooden top.

Result - Josh came to us in the age of about 4 weeks (and his two siblings 8 months later).
Btw - his weightis about 6,5 Kilos (sorry, again I don't know the US measure

) a real hunk...

Nice mushroom!

I know the problem with the tortillion, I like to use it too.
But your drawing looks good.
