Hey everyone!

Since a few day I wanted to make this suggestion:

Wouldn't it be good to tell about our drawings which size (not 100% exactly, only round about) and which material we used? Leastwise in the challenges I think it would be nice.

For me as a beginner I always mull over this and in the very beginning all my drawings became much too large.

What do you all think about this - wouldn't it be helpful?

Have a nice day and a good week all. wub.gif

I try to provide that information on all drawings that I do. People can then know about different papers and pencils or other mediums.

Same here, no use leaving beginners in the dark...and even for those who are more experienced, perhaps they never thought of THAT technique...we all learn, no matter how long we have been working at our art...

I try to do the same and wish everyone else would follow the example.

I don't think I have done this unless someone asked, but on all my drawings that I have posted: I use 8.5 inch x 11 inch ultra white printer paper or drawing paper that is white, acid free, and 45lb.

I use regular # 2 pencils, 2h, 4h, 2b, 4b, 6b, and mechanical pencils with hb, 2h, and 2b. I use three sizes of mechanical pencils, o.5, o.7, and 0.9 mm lead.

I will try to remember to supply more specific information on my drawings. biggrin.gif But please don't hesitate to ask any questions about any of my drawings. ;-)

Shoot, if that's what you use everytime, you could put that in your signature line smile.gif
