Here is what I have been working on for the last few days.I'm sure the reference pic. is Copyrighted so I will not post it.It was a very small picture,so I didn't get a very good likeness anyway. So far I'm happy with the over all look though.I'm using Strathmore's smooth 9" x12" 100 lb.paper,,4B & 4H lead pencils and HB & 2B Mec.pencils.I can only draw a few minutes at a time so I have no idea the time I have in it so far.Can any one guess who the man is? Here is a hint....."I had a dog once,,but he ran off scoot free"!! C&C Welcome..

Looks good to me. The hands don't attract a lot of attention anyway.

Added a little more to him this morning.Put him some pants on and got him a nickel plated Colt 45 with walnut handles. That will have to do him for a while,as my wife seems to have my day laid out for me already. See we will have been married 36 years come the 24th and she said I was going to take her somewhere nice to eat today. She got paid yesterday and she said we was going somewhere today before I spent all her money on beer and wild women this weekend.,,The woman just don't have any fate in me.,,Any way just to keep her happy ,I thought I would take her to McDonald for a nice meal.Maybe start off with some McNuggets and work our way up too a BigMac.Might even go all out and order some Diet-Coke 2006 vintage(heard that was a very good year and cheaper) and lord know she don't need to gain any more weight!
She also told me she was expecting something special tonight so I might want to go by the Druggist and get some lead for my pencil.I told her they didn't have the type I use that I would have to go to Hobby Lobby to get some. She walked off shaking her head and said something I couldn't make out,,,,Women!!!! just can't figure them out.
Any way here what I have got for now.Hope someone enjoy the look see! Might try to finish it tomorrow if I'm
still alive.
