Remarkable trees, everyone!
Here is one from my yesterday's trip to the mountain. I had to do it standing on my feet, which is a real challenge for me. So it had to be as quickest as possible.

sveta from the thumbnail it looks as great as all of your drawings always do, however when i click on it to get a better look, all i get is a large blank white page..

Sveta: beautiful sketch, as usual

I didn't have the problem that Kay reported; the big drawing came out nicely. I like that style; very loose and fast, but with nice detail.
Here is my attempt at yesterday's roots; I sat in a folding chair, and it was blowing a fresh wind, so I took some 40 minutes to make it. Not very fast, but I don't like rushing. The perspective was rather tricky, because it was a downhill.
Have a nice week everybody

No clue why. Maybe too high a resolution! Will compress it and try once again.
Your "Between throwing ball for the dogs" and Claudio"s twin trees are great!

Hi, again! Yesterday I went to have a walk at Mont Bellevue, and I sketched a nice tree in pencil until I couldn't stand anymore the starving mosquitos (so I finished the drawing in ink at a nice bar in front of a cup of coffee). As I loved the drawing, I repeated at night, at home in a bigger format (original at left is 5,5" x 8.5", the other is 9" x 12").
Interesting differences between them, no?

Very nice tree Steve! You worked very nicely the volume in the trunk and the leaves. Great work!

Love the concert tree and Claudio's latest tree. Here are two modest attempts which cost me lots of scratches on my legs, worse backache than ever.

Nice sketches, Sveta. I like your style: loose and not overcharged. When I draw, however, I feel that if I don't use a gallon of ink, the drawing is not finished

I should learn to stop earlier.
