Perhaps you had it downloaded in the wrong format?? Try it again in a Jpeg or a Gif format and see if that won't work either.
I am sure somebody from adm. will come along to help you.

You misunderstand I was not allowed to try at all.

I don't think anyone has that feature. We are all using our Avatar for putting in our picture. FYI when you change your avatar it can sometimes take a day or two for it to show up as changed.

I do not have permission to use this feature either. I had to shrink my photo to 9.17 kb and it is only 81 x 99 pixels. I had to use the edit avatar settings feature to upload it.

So to put in my photo I must change my avitar, is that right?
