I'm off to my beginners pastel class today & will start the next set of lessons [C] on Monday [taking tomorow off as so far I've been doing a lesson a day].
Has anyone managed to go through all of the lessons [beginner/intermediate/advanced]?. I'm pleased with my progress so far & can't wait to get to the Intermediate stuff.

I have not done all of them yet. So far I have 22 lessons completed. Never thought that I could draw anything and am so amazed what I have been able to do in just a very short time following the lessons. Today, for the first time I started a portrait without any instructions, putting to use what I have learned so far. It's of course a little harder not having the step-by-step lessons, but it's coming along well. I am so happy to have found this site, because without it I would still just be wishing to be able to draw.

lol, although I have studied quite a few I'm sad to say I haven't drawn any of them yet.

I drew probably about 10 or 15 of the lessons when I started on drawspace. Every once in a while when i can't find anything I want to draw I will pull them out and try one that catches my fancy at the time, orther than that I really don't draw them anymore because I like creating and trying to do my own art work. It was great practice when I first started drawing again after not doing so in over 11 years. Now I can say I am pretty much comfortable with all of my shading techniques and such, to where if I use them its only for references. But I think I did complete all of the beginner through intermediate.
