The wife and I made MR Bighands.. She bought the mask and I put it on a foam wig head. Then made a body out of 2x4 and chicken wire. the shoulders arms and neck are 1 1/4" pvc pipe. hands are suspended ceiling wire (cheap and ez to work with) cut to length, palms made of duct tape and wrist end put into holes drilled into pvc end cap. The armature then had Great stuff foam applied in a couple of careful layers by my wife Spayed blue when dry and fake nails applied at the local salon
Best part is his size 14 shoes . .. found them at a yard sale for $2 .. washell cutting the heal out for the 2x4..
He comes apart.. head in the basement.. arms at one end of the attic, body at the other.. he just falls apart when the month of Nov arrives..

Now that you explained it .. it does sound easy enough.. I am just going to have to try the hands .. that foam stuff is the best .. Never thought of it as a Creepy hands filler.. I love the whole idea !!
will have to wait on the mask til Halloween .. which usually starts showing up in Wal Mart around August ..they want to make sure we don't miss Halloween.. Thanks for the inspiration.. My Grandkids will love this !!

Just do some googles for DIY Halloween Props you will find long lists of sites with step by step for all kinds of project , beginner to expert.. start now it take time and get addictive!

kim those are great pics, your daughter favors you, lovely blue eyes, I had my hair cut off this past may, it was down to my waist, i had it cut very short like yours, and now it is growing out again..I think i will go have it cut again, it is sooo much easier

Kim So lovely .. I wish I looked as good with cropped hair like yours.. Looks so easy to care for.. I have had long hair all my life .. Like Kay it was to my waist,, actually 2 inches past my waistline.. just 2 years ago I cut it .. They cut 22 inches off and gave it to Locks Of Love.. It made 3 wigs for 3 children who lost theirs to Cancer.. It made the process easier knowing that.. The gray is making me crazy.. seriously .. I started going gray at 17 .. just not to this magnitude.. yup Hairdresser will be needed very soon..
I'm like Steve and probably half the Baby Boomers here .. I just look in the mirror and say .. who's that old woman staring back.. Steve I am 7 years your senior .. look what you will have to look forward to.. Enjoy the 50's while you can..

I have a photo of me at 22 pasted on the bathroom mirror. I look great! It's a devil to get a decent shave though!

but baldness is ok .. my nephew shaves his head and looks rather handsome ...my husband his hair is to his belt ..he wears it back all the time ..he told my daughter if she quit smoking he would cut it for locks of love . not too short I think he wears long hair well . I think you can see it in the pic of all of us at the table .

I used to have very long hair. Down to my waist! Frankly! It was a pain in the tush!I usually have my head quite close shaved now! It's pretty long for me in those photos. Being bald doesn't bother me! I don't need to pull the ladies any more!

I actually do love bald men. My husband was bald and not because his hair didn't grow, he just liked it this way. Me too.

Anyway, I keep wondering, why bald men are so hairy in other parts of body. All bald men I know have so many hairs on their chest and arms and legs... Is it some kind of balance?

We've got the simpsons here in the Netherlands too It's a great show! I wonder how the writers come up with all those ideas. Must be a weird world inside their heads
