I found this project and thought it was such a wonderful idea, i thought I would share it here with you guys, I dont have an animal shelter close to me but I was thinking i could talk to my vet, see if i could put a few small animal drawings there and put all the money in a cup for the shelters If you are interested just click the link below

Kay I like to check the animals out on Petfinders all the time, have found my new friend don't need another one but this gives me an good excuse and I like to do pet portraits.

i think it is such a great idea, i think i will give a try to a few dogs and cats, bring em on down and see what my vet thinks, though I have never shown anyone my work outside of drawspace, so i may be a little shy about doing so, but i will just tell myself it is for a good cause, and if i make them small even like 5x7 they may be more likely to sell than something large, especially after most ppl just spending a fortune on their visit there.
