Great site, i love it!.
just a few suggestions / ideas i have for future lessons.

I would LOVE to see some lessons on painting figures/portraits, oil/pastel whatever ..
I'm pretty comfortable sketching a friend / photo. but i'm terrified of applying any color to it.

There are a few sites/dvd's out for painting, but they really dont cover why they choose the colors they are painting with, and how they go about creating the base painting before start detailing. Its almost a jump from a sketch/solid color painting to a rough shaded painting.

So I cant wait to see lessons involving coloring portraits.

Also not really a suggestion but a question .. will you be covering any digital mediums .. like Painter ?

Your interests are pretty specific and this site is geared right now more to the basics of all art - Drawing! However some members recently started a forum to inquire about what kind of art could be posted here. I believe your same questions were answered in that forum. The site host, Brenda, has been posting some of her painted art and has welcomed others to post theirs. Matter of fact, one member, Dragonshade, has been showing his 'work in progress' paintings and has just recently started a new one.

We hope you can find what you need, and I must say that the Staff and Moderators here at the site are very helpful in catering to their members. As Woo mentioned, why not stop in at the Welcome forum and tell us a little bit about yourself and what kinds of art you like.
