[attachmentid=6005][attachmentid=6004][attachmentid=6006][attachmentid=6008]

There's a tree frog on the end of my husband's finger, the kitten is Gardenia, a pretty iris and my neice enjoying the pool at Disney World!
I've had some technical difficulties and cannot get my computer to convert them to b/w. Elizabeth

Venus
biggrin.gif Ewall, I am doing the iris as well but I haven't finished it yet. I am showing my WIP of what I have gotten done so far. I am using colored pencils and as we all know is very time consuming. Just the bit I did yesterday took me about 5 hours and I am not nearly close to being done yet. Due to having to work I will post it probably after the next challenge is underway Monday or Tuesday. ( I have to work everyday this weekend.) I am using Strathmore 9 by 12 colored paper in cream peach color and Prismacolor pencils.
IRBaboon
Wow, Venus, this is looking fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the finished picture.
andyart
Venus, you don't need the coloured pencil lessons,this is looking great.us beginners have a long way to go.

Hi, I'm getting my feet wet with a challege. I did this really quick but I wanted to try it. I did draw it a bit high key and my scanner scanned it even more high key. I really need to darken it. But for a quick sketch I like it. Hope you all do too.
kim1963
Gerar and pencil The baby is done very well .. the water was tricky .. I tried that one and failed lol
Gerardnz
Thanks it was a nice photo but yeah the water was a bit of a challenge!
Venus
biggrin.gif Ok this picture has taken me alot longer than I had first anticipated!! But I really am happy with the out come of it finished. Sorry it was done or finished so late. blush.gif
