I,m having trouble too,and yhey don't seem tobe inahurry tohelp.The site used to bealotbetter,I'm thinking of canceling.

I thought it was my pc thats very strange though that you are also having problems how can we learn if we cant see the lessons LOL

Silly me I did not have active x installed I can now

The ActiveX are small applications that are downloaded by your Internet Explorer (browser). Regardless of the browser,Microsoft, Safari for Macs, or Firefox they all work pretty much the same. In this case the the ActiveX is called Shockwave Flash Object by Adobe.

Normally your browser will prompt you to install the ActiveX with a message near the top of the browser window. If this is not the case you could also go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download and download it for your browser.
