Check this out. I bought it off of Ebay for about 12 dollars delivered. It is a Keuffel & Esser sharpener that really works great. It even came with an Italian mechanical pencil which seems very old but very nice. Probably holds from 1 mm to say 5 mm lead. It is adjustable.

Does it do windows?
Yes it does windows. It is made of cast iron and does a window very nicely especially after you feel the need to clean a window after messing up a major drawing.
