Hi everyone!!! I joined 2 days ago and I thought I should say hello. HELLOOOOO!! hehe
I've been drawing since I was a kid and I've always wanted to be an artist just didn't know what type. I just figured out that I wanted to be an illustrator/storyboard artist rather than an animator. But I think I need more practice to be an illustrator.
It's great that there's a place like this where I can learn from other artists as well as take advantage of the drawing lessons to improve my skill. Please take a look at my album. I would be very happy to hear your positive/negative critique.

I can tell right away that you and potatochip (I call her Tater) will get along very nicely. You both have that eery dark individual quality in some of your paintings. Really, your fairys are very nicely done and you have good attention to the details in your drawing/paintings. I think you will find everything you could ask for right here at this site to help you improve in your art skills. I have seen so many professionals, eager amatuers, and other people that like to go off topic quite often. But that often just adds more flavor to the variety of things you can experience here.

Its great to see that you populated your gallery already. Now you can put some concentration into locating those drawing lessons where you lack in the skill and get practicing. Nothing builds your skills more than constant practice at what you learn here. So don't be bashful, shy or lurk in the shadows. Get involved and you will find a wealth of information flowing your way.
