Hello folks, I've been away for awhile, some of you may remember me, but I know there are a lot of new members that don't.
I've had some serious medical problems as of late. The worst at this time is the fact that I have a clogged carotid artery, you know, the one that runs up the side of your neck and supplies blood and oxygen to your brain. The doctors said I had a "Brain Attack" or a mini-stroke sometimes called a TIA.
I go in for surgery the 13th of this month, needless to say I am anxious to get it over with because I don't like to stay in hospitals and the doctor said I would feel a lot better once it is over.
I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things again with my artwork.
I am going to try to draw horses (something I've never done) once I recover from all of this.
So, in the meantime, good luck to everyone, see ya in a few weeks......Joe
Thanks to everyone for the kind words of encouragement, they do help a lot!
Once I recover from the surgery I plan on cleaning out my enclosed carport and turning it into an art studio.
That will take a lot of work, but it will be worth it in the long run. No more working with a short easel on a table top :-)
Thanks again folks, I really appreciate it, God bless....Joe
