Haven't seen that one either Kay, have bookmarked for a good look around the site later....thanks for the info. I am always looking for hints & tips. It seems that 10 people can sometimes explain a point 10 times and then along comes someone and explains it just a little bit differently and suddenly I have a lightbulb moment!

It always helps me to read heaps on a subject in search of those lightbulb moments. And I always know that I have it down when I can explain it to someone else as simply as possible (in Nursing we called it the "See one. Do one, Teach one." Principle ).
