This qouted piece seems very disjointed - the image in question is not included - and if you look at the pinned piece on copyright you will see that Ernest has quoted directly from there.
There are a lot of folk who use pieces to copy and practice with but you can't claim your drawing as a copyrighted piece. Even if you copy the Old Masters (and there is I believe - if I remember correctly a time limit on copyright after an artists death) you can exhibit the piece in an art show but it should acknowledge the original artist something like "xxxxxx after Da Vinci" meaning that you copied the work in your own medium or style.
I think you must be trying to say that nothing is really original because we all build on what has gone before and that is true. But because we use what we have learned doesn't mean that we should copy directly from another's hard work, be it an artist or photographer.
I wouldn't appreciate it if it were my work & as you seem to be so vehement in your argument you wouldn't want your wholly original work to be used in the way that you seem to be trying to say that you can use others work.
Just my opinion on what I have read & learned,
Sue
