im not very good at shading and ive seen people on here using circulism i know you do small circles but how small and how light is the pressure used thanks.

Hi David!

Welcome to the group!

As Woo has so kindly pointed out, squirkling is an almost identical shading technique as circulism. If you choose the word squirkling from the drop-down menu on the home page, you'll find 16 lessons that can help you improve your skills with this technique.

Ahhh...brings back memories....I remember this class well. I thought all of Troy's old stuff got wiped out, good this survived. Yes, this is an excellent resource for learning the circles.

Hmm...

I've barely seen squirkling used but it looks like it can be helpful in some cases. I'll be sure to note this to learn more about it later.
