anime we need anime tutorials not just
If you want tutorials on drawing anime/manga style, I'd suggest http://www.mangarevolution.com.
To draw anime, you need drawing skills. You can't draw anime well without knowing the basics such as shapes, shading, colour, anatomy, etc. Anime is simply drawing like 'regular old art'. Just a different formation of lines and shapes. 
The concept of anime illustration is very simple, but you DO need to know how to observe and shade to create good illustrations. So don't be so quick to blow off 'regular old art' - it is the basis for anything that you want to draw and without it, you won't have the foundation skills to create effective characters.
As for tutorials, there may be one in the future, but at this point I don't know of a scheduled tutorial.
Are the art pieces here your own work or from somewhere else? If from somewhere else, please ensure that you have permission to publish them online or simply put a link to them to avoid copyright issues.

i think anime would be nice to have because its something that stands out more than the rest of these lessons. i like drawing anime because its easy to express the characters feelings and its something fun.

It's not that hard to draw anime as long as you get the proportions correct. Pretty much anyone can do it...

I'm absolutely tired of anime. Everyone does it! Honestly, if artists are so creative, why do we more often refer to anime than any other style?

I grew tired of drawing anime's, i learned drawing from them when i was still a kid (5-7 years old i think), I'm still 19 btw 
. Anime always looks the same at most perspective nothing much new. Just watching them is enough, and not to imitate it's style anymore. 
Now i'm sticking to this 'Regular Old Art' with my own perspective.
