Hey everyone!!

From reading a couple of forum topics and loads more comments I understand we are a group with a big international base. But what happens if you go on vacation to, let's say the other side of the world and they strip you of your pads and pencils at the aiport (because pencils kill, you know), where do you go to get some new stuff to draw your holiday memories.

If anyone of you has a good suggestion where to buy decent artsupplies at a fair price please send them in here. I'm not talking about commercial talks about how good the store is, but REAL things, like how people help you and how the atmosphere is.

Nicole, it really pays to do a little research before you go on a trip. One, to buy emergency supplies if you need to and two, to buy things you can't buy locally. Everyone here is a good source of local art store information and can guide you, but I think it may be too vast to review everyone's local store details.

However, I'm sure people can tell you if customer service is good, mailorder or internet purchasing experiences, if there is good pricing, a wide range of supplies etc.
