Heyall, InkyAtari here...
As my username suggests, I still hook up my old classic game systems from time to time...
I'm 38, Resident of IL, married, father of 3 children, crrently an unemployed Technical Support Rep. (EDIT: I do have a part-time 10 HR week radio job)
I got the link to this from the Kim Kommando 'Cool Website ofthe Day' newsletter, and I've been hooked. I only just started doing the lessons in the last couple days, and already did about five of them.
I love the presentation of the lessons. Very nicely done, and not at all confusing.
Here's two samples of my work...

Welcome InkyA,
I am glad that you are finding the lessons here delightful and informative, because that is what they are designed for. Be sure to pop into the Drawing Challenge located in General Discussion and try your hand at the latest practice images there. You can see what improvements and comments have taken place there as well. You can't ask for a better learning environment without a cost. Don't worry about your experience level, as there are many beginners here and this is what the site is designed for: helping the beginner.
Have fun and "Break a Pencil"
Eric
Did you know: The day following the feature of Drawspace on Kim Komando's site, we received the most online visitors at one time. The number was 982, and from the looks of what she put in her article, Kim herself joined up as well.

Hello Inky,
Welcome to Drawspace. My name is Venus and I am a mother of 4. When not taking care of kids and doing housework I am either checking drawspace forums or doing art. Hope you enjoy it as much as us looney people here do.
