Well, it looks like we have interest for a trade for the children.

so here is where you will sign them up. Let's get them involved in art, and meeting and making new friends, receiving mail and learning all kinds of lessons such as fullfilling obligations, addressing envelopes, and growing in their creativity. While I myself have no children to participate, it will be fun to watch what everyones' children come up with. NO stress, just fun for them!
Also there will be no theme, just let them be creative, keeping the ATC trade size of 2.5x3.5
If we get a large number we will just split the group, as we dont want them overwhelmed.

mail by date is October 17th, that will give them plenty of time to get creative.

I have a question i dont exactly understand what you have to do because i would like to join ( iam 15) but idk exactly?

all you do hon, is draw your pics on 2.5x3.5 inches paper, in any medium you like and draw what ever you like as well. then when everyone is signed up, i will send a list of the people you need to send your cards to. You will need to pm me your mailing address so i may add you to the list

I have only met one other person with the name Ian, his mother named him after Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull

My eldest sons name is Ian. He's 33 now!

My kids were not prepared to sign up this time ( I don't know how much prior notice they need!), but I think my 14yr old might be willing to try some other time. My other son is 17, and will probably want to join the regular one sometime.

This is Ian's first one. (For those who don't know, he's 9 yrs old.) Now he's looking through his collection of how-to-draw books to get ideas for more.

you have a little budding artist..Ian you have just created your first trade card..congrats to you!!

We got our first card today from Ian . Martin was very excited. We are going to post our cards on Saturday.

I'll certainly will take a photo of all cards when they'll arrive and will put up here.

I am going to sign Gabe and Ava up for next month. I just saw this new kids challenge tonight and I am soooo excited and so are they!

Ian's last three cards went out in the mail yesterday to Danielle and William & Douglas. He had fun making them, and he checks the mail every day hoping to get some mail of his own.

Danielle sent all four of hers out today!

Danielle got her first card today, from Ian. I will post a picture later if I can get it away from her!

At first I have to apologize, we mailed our cards just today. Martin had an accident and was in hospital for a while. He had a surgery. But he wanted to post cards himself when he get out. He got out today and the first thing we did, we posted cards. I'm really sorry for delay!

Goodness, sorry to hear he needed surgery! Glad he's home safe now and hopefully feeling better. No worries about being late, it's totally understandable.

Ian received his very first ATC card from Danielle today, a beautiful elephant. He's busy tonight with homework, but I'll get him on here one day to write a big thank you to everyone.

William and Douglas' cards are on there way.(sorry I missed saying so)

This trade can probably be un-pinned now... We never received Martin's card, but that's all right because he had his accident and Sipsik hasn't logged into DS in a few weeks. Just hope he's ok. Thanks to all the kids who joined the trade, maybe we'll do another soon.

I'll get my pictures taken and post them in the next day or two then.
