Hello, I am a new users and would like to pay to download some of the lessons but I am told I need a plug-in that is not available to Apple Mac users. MIME x-oleobject.

Could you problem solve this so everyone can use this site? JAVA or any universal plug-in will work. Thank you for this great site. I just hope someone can fix this so I can pay my money to you.

Hi Remmy,

The lessons use Adobe Flash to display on the page; when paid users download the lessons, they get PDF files. Flash is definitely available for Macs (I'm typing this on my trusty Powerbook) and of course PDFs are supported natively.

Your system or your browser may be configured strangely; I will try to help you out. What OS and what browser are you using? Can you view the embedded document on this page:

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashpaper/examples/

That's using the same technology as Drawspace.

I do not have a PDF problem. I can read the lessons. What I can not do is pay for the lessons.

It seems a hired company takes the credit card information and they use a windows flash formate
that requires a MIME x-oleobject plug-in that is a windows based plug-in that does not run on a mac.

Or that is what my research on the MIME. If you have paid for your downloads of lessons with your
Mac where did you get the plug-in?

I just tried once again and was able to pay. It took a while but it went thru this time. I am not sure what I did different but it worked that is all that counts.

I am enjoying the site and learning a great deal.
