was thinking the other day and no it didnt hurt that maybe a seperate topic should be started for all the comments on the drawing challenge with references to the pictures that have been posted as i find that i usually miss one or two because so much is being said and it gets a little confusing to some.. plus i have noticed that people have tended to go off topic... yup im guilty of that too and i gave my self a good telling off for it .. so maybe start a new topic in general for all the comments by others and just have pictures posted in the main thread.and just have the host placing their comment . maybe do that for the next challenge

If you look at the Gallery link, you will see that Admin has set up a nice little special gallery link for the Challenge pics. Right now the reference pics are the only ones in there. I have asked Tehobu (Ted) since he made a copy of all the pics submitted if he would post them into the Drawing Challenge #1 sub-gallery. The only thing that may need to be done is post the username in as the title of the posting. This way the user name will show up as the title of the post. But, I will look into whether we could have everyone post their own final drawings there. I know that some members like to post their WIP copies into the discussion to get advice.

yup i see what your saying hun.. maybe the person hosting the challenge could do that for people who dont quite understand what is going on .. like me for one

I understand your concern is with the images in the thread Woo, but I also believe that people like to be able to see and comment in the same thread too.

We will have a separate thread in the Drawing Challenge Gallery for people to add their finished drawings there, but I believe that we still need to allow people to post in the same thread as they comment. It would avoid having to have two threads open at the same time if you want to view the image and comment on it too.

Adding your image once more to the DC gallery would be very straightforward.
