Is there a maximum to the size of gallery images, in pixels? I tried uploading a 1280x1570 image, but I got only a blank page in response. The same image at 1024x1256 worked just fine. Both were below the 200 kB limit.

Also, if the admins are reading this: please mention the limits in the upload form itself, instead of hidden in a FAQ. Would be so much easier

I think you will find that 800x600 or 600x800 depending on your layout works great since the gallery software reduce the resoulution anyway. There is no point in using anything larger, it does not fit on most peoples screens if it is over 800x600
