In this lesson, you first sketch the proportions of a caricature of a female adult named Kay within a grid of twenty-four squares. You then use hatching to add shading to the background, face, hair, ears, and clothing. Skills include using a grid to help sketch accurate proportions, and identifying and rendering values according to a dominant light source. This cartoon is an example of a unique style of caricature, affectionately referred to as Gigglecature, a word you will probably not find in any dictionary. The goal is to draw the face of a person as a cartoon that could be transformed into a puppet, doll, or stuffed toy.

My frist adventure with caricatures and this helped a bunch. Wait till my wife gets home...she's my first victim!

The facial features are show kindness. But my hatching needs improvement.

Alinuta...uite ca m-am hotarit si eu "dlea sebea liubimoi" sa procur ceva din Mary Kay p-u uzul de zi cu zi, cel personal, nu profesional:

Care sunt preturile la moment la lucii, rujuri si farduri de pleoape - scrie-mi in privat sau ...

Ma intereseaza din lucii:zmeura dulce si mai era unul...dar nu tin minte...:
Din rujuri/nu stiu sigur:cireasa coapta, petala roz, pasiunea rozului, apus de soare sau trandafir chinezesc
F. de ochi- pruna, strugure, otel, ledera, bleumarin, nisip auriu...parca asa...
Astea din care imi aduc aminte ca imi mergeau bine si mi-au placut..
La ce cantitate se face reducere...?:
