thanks Lance I am always thinking of Mom... and when I think of it she was the first person who actually sent me the link to Drawspace.

Elena what a wonderful job you did...I think the idea alone says it all....this is fantastic! she is adorable.

I tried 2 more quick animations.....the first is my Native Cyn Kid or as Cloudeight calls her SQUAW and the second I decided to try to make little Lotta little.

I hope my pal Cyn has time to do one she is so talented.

Okay Brian, it's your fault.. I tried one after my grand daughter went to bed. It could be better but I'm really tired now.

Every one has done such a great job on these. I am proud of you all because it is not easy!!

this week i started doing animations and just created my first pixel emoticon

this is the purple jumping guy > [attachmentid=10307] .. i't a little too big, but i like him .. since it took me about 4 hours

for some time i wanted to make some animated cartoons with my crabs .. unfortunately i didn't found a good ending to my story

Elena, I don't know if you have figured out how to paint in paint shop. so here goes...
You select whatever you want to color with the tool magic wond on the left colon, then you select the little bucket, choose your colour on the right and fill in the part that you have selected. It can take a while, depending on how small the parts of the drawing are...

Elena, de nada (your're welcome), Yes Elena you can use the mouse, I don't have a tablet. Maybe it was Casper or Wendy who stole the powers from your magic wand . I hope its ok now.See if you are doing it the right way, check on the site with the lessons on the midlle colon on "colorizando" that means coloring. It takes only one mistake for things not to work If it presists let me know and I'll try to help.

Another quick one mostly with color from one of my drawings....and another try with my Casper.

Had to have been a sign for me to participate in this challenge since I have been accused of being devilish and impish. Have the exact picture posted above my desk now. Even had Hot stuff on my p.j.'s as a kid(unfortunately there are pictures, p.j.'s had back flap and everything). I grabbed a few handy sharpies and pencil took off. Hotstuff has a really big head, still didn't get it big enough. Enjoyed drawing, inking and submitting this. Hope Al, Sam, and A.T. see this, register and draw and enter something themselves. Thanks again for all involved in making this site available and welcome retreat for the creative. This was my first attempt in the challenge and safe to say will not be my last.......blackhawk445

My animation is completed

of course i did something about crabs .. it's not so good and complex, but it took me a while to make it ... i drew the crabs with graphite, inked them and then scanned them: [attachmentid=10388]

after that i coloured them in photoshop and made the animation with adobe imageReady:
the simple version > [attachmentid=10387] and the one with my signature >[attachmentid=10386]

sorry guys; i defected this thread as i am in love with my oil pastels and dedicate all my time playing with colors. I will be back. I promise.Meanwhile great animations are enriching this site. A big bravo to all of you!

Here's my animation! I drew the devil then just drew his arms and staff again and placed them over the old ones. I got lazy and didnt get the background colors to match for each frame (aka i need a scanner so they are all the same ). but i hope you all like my quick animation

p.s. Im just looking at some of the other animations in here. niice keep up the good work peeps

I enjoy watching all the animations and so excited to see different ideas and creations. One day I will try but long way to go for me as even I do not know the photo shop. You have to buy all these software or you get somewhere for free to use. So I just drew Little Audrey and colored.

As for the programs where to make animations, if you look in the bebining of this thread you'll find some links where you can download for free, and learn how to use paint shop, it does take some time to learn, but it's allot of fun
