I was just wonderin if somebody (admin) smile.gif would like to edit this guests comments out of my gallery. I dunno if you can...I figure that you have that power.
If you read what they're about you will notice that it's not very constructive criticism.

Anyways, I'd sure appreciate it!

Ya, I cerntainly would want that @#$ off of my picture. Nice piece of art by the way. Not sure why the runner is crying but it makes you think of what we are doing to our planet maybe. Running all over it and crushing it under foot without regard for the balance of nature. Opps, you got me started on my greatest pet peave. Good drawing.

Teresa, in future, hit REPORT on the offending post and admin can then delete it. I don't have the ability to delete posts from the Gallery.

Jeanette, Thank you much for that bit of info. This is the first time I have ever joined a forum and I did not know what the report button was for. That is wonderful information to know that we are protected from flamers and idiots..

And Teresa, I really enjoyed your gallery. I will never understand what makes some people so offensive.
Keep up the good work..

Its not being offensive, but is actually based on the infiltrator claiming bragging rights to all their buddies for messing up a perfectly good site. Also, with the ad thing, people get paid somewhere in the chain where all these autobot ads emerge from. They are like information crawlers used by Search Engines like Yahoo and Google, only they look for logon holes in forums and blogs to put their ads in. They will use fake logons using normal names to get a free member account, then autopost thier information throughout the site. Ever noticed trying to gain membership to a site, and they have a wierd looking Number/Letter combo box that you have to look at to determine what is written there, then type it in to gain membership? Well, these sites use that tool to keep the adbots out because the wierd box doesn't use computer characters that they could read, but displays a picture of the code instead.

Now that Drawspace has gone national with all its free publicity, many of these people know the user base here is very large, and will try everything they can to break in and place their info bombs. Believe me, I know about these. We just finished cleaning up a messy one and it was showing up all over the school systems. Yes, even the ones with Reader Rabbit installed.

Sorry, a little too much info on this, but sometimes even users like to know what that little man behind the curtain is doing!

BOOMING GREAT OZ VOICE!!! "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" smile.gif

It's not me!

Oh, Eric, you are so funny.. Smart, but funny.. I really laughed at your Oz voice. And I did find the info very interesting and enlightening. So, thank you..
Eric
Whew! ... Cyn! I thought you were almost going to forget to say - Smart - back there! Now that everyone knows I'm not totally funny, I don't have to tell them about how I almost made it as the Class Clown in my Yearbook.

Yes, Kim. This site can use these type of security measures, however it comes with a price. And remember that anything is created to break on the Internet looking at it through a Hacker's eyes.
