Hi!! I've been a member for a few days, and now I'm having problems sleeping because I'm so inspired that I can't get images and ideas out of mind!! That's how good you guys are!

I'm 27, married for 9 years, two leeetle boys ages 8 years and 10 months. My husband is a U.S. Marine, and his job takes him away for several weeks at a time. Over the years my main hobby has been cross stitch (a type of needlework) but more recently I'm more obsessed with art. All I know how to do right now is pencil drawing, maybe at a beginner-intermediate level, but I want to learn all types of media: colored pencils, pastels, painting, you name it I want to learn it.

I hope to become a regular member of this community, and participate wherever possible. I just posted my first little portrait in the gallery thread. Well thanks, talk to y'all soon.
