Hi everyone,

I am a beginner to everything art. I have moved to a country town and don't have alot of friends yet. So I have decided in my spare time to teach myself how to draw. I have just stumbled on this site and think it's great and has alot to offer. I was nicely surprised it was available to all.
My artworks still resemble those of a 7 year old, so it will be interesting to see what I can learn here at Drawspace. Eventually - probably in years to come - I would like to draw my two sons portraits and my old husky Takoda.

If you draw daily, and get help from good sources [drawspace, for one], it shouldn't take you years, more like months!
