There's a contest at my work where we need to draw a flu prevention poster. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes - but before I share them, I'd like to encourage you to suggest a few ideas yourself - think about in in terms of what you are trying to communicate, of finding a way to capture people's attention, and making sure that they take away a clear message - so, start by thinking, what's the message you want to convey, in a short slogan or phrase - and can you get that message across visually, without the words (or in such a way that words and pictures would be linked in people's minds if they kept seeing your poster in an advertising campaign).

Think of some messages, and some imagery, and do some quick thumbnail sketches and post them
