I have no been able to login, under my own account [ANDYART] on & off,for for quite some time, though it has been almost a week since I was last able to gain access.
Every time I try, the message reads that this user dosn't exsist. I even tried creating a new account with the same login details & the message then says this member already exists. So do I or dont I exist on Drawspace? my gallery should tell you otherwise.
My next attempt to create a new account, was to change login details completly, only to have the message that the email address was in use by another member, ME!.
So I enlisted the help of my husband, to create an account,just so that I could gain access to this forum, in the hope someone could help.
I have been using the email link for help, only I am not getting any responce, even though it dose say admin will reply within 24hrs.
How do I get back online?

When I followed the link above, it took to me to the lost password form which I have used before and just sends me the same login details as I already have (although recently even this has not been answered.)
Where do I find this reset password form?
I still can't gain access & I have sent another lost password form with no reply[must be at least 3 sent].
I would like you to confirm that you are recieving my emails, I do not seem to have problems elsewhere with sending/recieving emails.
On our computer we run 2 accounts,[myself & my husband] if I start up the compter using my account,neither I or my husband can log onto Drawspace. If I go in on my husbands account he can log on but I still can't.
As I am unable to gain access to my own gallery, is there a way you can transfer all my pictures to this Drawspace account? [dimzart]. If not then would you please delete my gallery completely.

I would like you to confirm that you are recieving my emails, I do not seem to have problems elsewhere with sending/recieving emails.

I have been unable to access my account since server update as well - and used the reset password function several times which also did not work. Until today! Give it another try.

This is true -- the same issue that was preventing forum notifications from going out was also interfering with the reset password form. However, we now believe both problems to be fixed. Let us know if you still having issues, Andrea.
