Out of curiosity, how long does it take for the account upgrade to come into effect? I upgraded my account this past Friday and as of today the system's stilla sking me to upgrade my account.

I'll second that. I upgraded 2 days ago and still not showing.

Thank you for letting me know this!

This indeed seems odd - Premium memberships are usually automatically activated as soon as the Credit Card is approved, which sometimes take only a few minutes.

I'll put in a query to the website manager!

Very odd indeed - did you upgrade using Paypal or 2checkout?

I used a credit card, but after checking my history I saw it was never charged.

Tried it again today. This time I noticed on the confirmation page a little link saying something like "you're good", clicked it and voila, upgraded. Kind of a strange process in my opinion. But thanks for the help.

I used 2Checkout and they billed my credit card on June 1 so I really don't understand what the hold up is. It's still not registering my upgraded account status.

I'm having the same problem. I upgraded my account a few days ago and I'm still unable to download the lessons. I sent an email to Tech Support, but I haven't gotten a response.

I'm having the same problem. Folks at 2Checkout said for me to contact site admin at Drawspace.

I see you are are premium member now, so your problem was fixed. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, wouldn't have been any help anyway. I don't believe whatever I clicked on made any difference fixing the bug, but was relieved when it finally worked.
