Hey everyone. It's been a busy week for me. I finished an oil painting and this drawing. It's rare that I finish two works in a week. Anyway, this is a pencil portrait I did of the lovely Carrie Underwood. I did this drawing just for fun...and practice. I've done a few of these drawings on tinted paper and I really enjoy doing them. I like the old style look to them. This work was done on Strathmore series 500 tinted paper using graphite and white colored pencil. I hope you like it smile.gif

I sense I am in the presence of greatness! I think the artist of this beautiful piece was on line in the same forum with me!

As for the portrait, you ought to get in contact with her people, they may want to "buy" it from you, but make sure you are not giving them an opportunity to rip you off.

Now that I see Laura here I can feel the greatness more so!
