This card exchange will be set in groups depending on the amount of people we get to join .

The theme is Disney...please lets do some of our best work on these cards ..we can start signup now and give ourselves a week, end sign up on the last day of June, the 30th, to let others decide if they would like to participate and have until July 30th thats four weeks to put out some really cute cards

For those who are just tuning in ...this is a art card exchange .....done in any medium ...the size must be that of a trading card, 2.5x3.5 inches...please stick to the theme and most of all have fun .

please understand if you commit to doing the exchange you must finish all cards and get them out by the dead line of July 30th ...if you fail to do so you will not be allowed to join other trades in DS .

I'm giving a different address this time, to my mother's house in Florida. We're about to move from Okinawa to New York, with a month stay in Florida... so the next few weeks should be fun.

Wow, this is going to be awesome! I love anything to do with Disney, when I was a teenager, I kept myself sane by drawing different disney characters, my favorite of course being Tinker Bell and Goofey. I didn't draw a bad Mickey Mouse either...hehehehe

i agree..it is going to be fun..i am glad to see the interest..i learned of this thru a trade mr ernest hill was hosting here on drawspace, i have never heard of it till march...i must live under a rock..te hee..any way..i really enjoy this kind of thing very much.

I guess I must be excited about Disney too since I have been working today and have 6 sketched, inked, and waiting for color.

When do we email our addresses and to whom? Still finding my way around this forum.
Is it a problem copying Disney pictures and then posting it on this forum when we have finished?
I suppose it is ok because we are not selling them or claiming they are originals. Am I right?

everyone can send their addresses to me..just pm them to me..i will compile a list and mail it out to everyone, you may copy from any thing you like, as for posting them it is nice to wait for the person to receive them first, so they get a lil surprise in the mailbox..but that is your decision too..

I have found that 2,5*3,5 in equales 7,5*11cm, am I right?

It equals to 6,4cm x 8,9cm, I had to convert for the other card trade (loony toones) and I know its right

I have been doing Postcards for a number of other swaps and started doing postcard size for a couple for this swap - hope some folk don't mind getting bigger ones?????
