I didn't like drawing those lines over and over again. But I suppose that it's good practice. LOL! I did OK. It looks like a lion. mellow.gif

My buddy Linus is in my gallery if you want to check him out. Definitely showed me I still need symmetry work and by the time I got half way through the mane I was bored...(my fault not Brenda's...) One day I hope to revisit Linus and see if I can get a more satisfying result. Great lesson though!

As a beginner, I have loved this lion.

I done all previous lessons (A-C04) and I can now see things coming together. biggrin.gif

When drawing this, I invited my 7 year old daughter and 9 year old son to join in.

It was amazing to see how they could follow the instructions and a continuous excitement for moving to the next image.

My son, who has difficulty concentrating on things too long, was happy to sit and draw for nearly one hour!

The results were fantastic, and they were both so proud of their pictures.

My son did it again at school the next day (without instructions this time) and they were all surprised to see the work he produced.

I never thought I would be able to draw, but now I can start to see I am getting somewhere. cool.gif

My children are excited for drawing now and want to continue with the lessons.

Thank you for these fantastic lessons.

Really enjoy doing these exercises.
The Wooly Woo in your Dummies book was the first 'Drawing' I completed in well over 30 years. I am now enrolling on a drawing course and my son has asked for pencils for his birthday.
Thanks smile.gif

About the lion, if you are used to using pencil and paper, then this is good. I received a graphics tablet and find it very hard to control. I think this is a good early effort. Roza
