Thursday of last week my friend across the street I take care of and her son who is 58 both are ill .. and both went into the hospital at the same time two ambulances were called .. he suffered a major stroke and her she has a blood clot in the brain so I have been running to and from the hospital each day working with both of them ...and my mom had eye surgery so with everything going on I want to say I am sorry for not being around as much .. i do check daily and will be back soon to my normal self ...are we ever normal lol .

Kim, I knew there was a good reason for not seeing you here. I hope that your neighbors are on the mend. What I wouldn't do to have a neighbor like you. It reinforces what I already knew, you are a good soul!

Thank you trish ...I just got home from my moms drops and from the hospital and hun .. I had her folding washclothes lol and she ate two meals ..she knew the color of the stone on my neck turquoise she loves it ..was her favorite ..its worth the time to see the progress ...you dont know how many times people have ask me to move next door to them .. lol they are all senior citizens of course my favorite .

well thank you for the offer steve .. a vacation is well needed .
My friend of 93 is doing well even considering bringing her back home .. he son unfortunatley is not well I have called in a son and daughter who have not seen him in ten years due to personal problems and tomorrow we make the choice of keeping him on life support .
These kinds of things are so very hard ..and I want to thank you guys again for understanding .

Tough call for anybody. I hope they make the right one! I don't envy you in this situation!

We turned him off today and the kids left town so I am going to work with his mom who is just recovering herself on planning what to do next .. I feel so dumb about this .. I want to help but know nothing about taking care of the dead ...I worked in the morgue at the local hospital but I had one job this is sooo many different jobs .
but thanks ...I will get through this and more importantly his mom will . we start therapy tomorrow 93 and still going strong .

So sorry about your friend's son. I think losing a child must be the worst thing that can happen. One of my friends lost her son last week and I feel so inadequate as there's nothing we can do to take away the pain. I just cannot imagine how she feels. It all seems so wrong. All I can do is give her any help I can.

Today I got his truck ...a nice truck mint 1995 ford F150 xlt no rust under 1000.00 miles ...too big for me really .. he wanted me to have it over his friends ...the mother on the other hand paid for that truck for him and now we needed 2800.00 to pay for creamation so I sold the truck for 3000.00 fast to give the money for the creamation .....Miriam bless her heart was looking in her purse ...she has not enought to pay for it because her son took the money she had and bought the truck ...so it kinda went back around in a circle ...I will pay them tomorrow .

She is doing ok and is in rehab now ..tomorrow I told her we are going for a walk to meet the other people she stays with ...I am feeling really good about this I will also be able to tell her the bill is paid .

now I have to figure out about the cat her son had killed because he did not like cats he took it away and she was sick about it .. now she has forgotten and asks about her ke ke ....tricky one but it will all work out .
