I want to post a message because for weeks now I was using my AOL account and trying to log in to drawspace. It kept telling me that my password was wrong. I thought it had to be right but still it would not let me log in. I never got one single response from drawspace administrators to help me get logged in. When I finally tried to log in through Internet Explorer it took the exact same password and let me in. Yes, I feel like a fool because I guess I should have tried that long ago, but I didn't. Anyway, I am very upset that there is no better way of contacting someone when you need help, especially since you are getting my money and I didn't even have any way of canceling that! Is there a way of contacting Brenda on this matter? Can someone answer that question now that I am logged on?

I've been having the same problem for months. Admin finally managed to reset my password but I was still not able to login. I put in my user name & password & I no longer get the red message saying "member dosn't exist" but I am still faced with the login screen. If I then click on any of the folders, ie. lessons, I am once again asked to login. The only way I have gotten in this time, was to click on Reply to your question, use the login box that appears[you can't reply to a post without being logged in] & it took me straight to this reply box, with the top left bar now saying Logged in as:
I have almost given up & havn't even tried fo ages to get in, I thought I'd give it another chance today, although I noticed you still havn't had a reply [unless they have sorted you out via email.
Once in, it realy is the best site I've found of its kind, I just hope we can be sorted out.

Could I make a suggestion?
(I run another site which uses the same software)
If you go to the front page of the site
http://www.drawspace.com/forums/index.php - down on the lower right, just above "board statistics", is a link
"delete all cookies set by this board"Click on that, and then try to log in. You may well find it helps.

I also had this log on problem when I first joined, but luckily one of the topics in the technical forum suggested deleting the cookies before you attempt log on and that worked for me. Strangely now though, I don;t even have to do that? Good luck and welcome.
