Hello!
I've wanted to be able to draw at least fairly well for most of my life. I took a drawing class in high school but that's about it and I've since lost most of the skills I learned from the class

. I've collected a few books but I've had no luck learning from them, mostly how-to draw animal books that assume you already have at least basic drawing skills which I currently lack. I found a link to this site and while I've only looked through the site and read the first couple lessons so far it's the best I've found for beginning artists and I look forward to using this resource and perhaps sharing some of my drawings with the good folks on this forum.

So am starting from the very start which is very hard as its like a new born baby lol if ya know what i mean so dont worry you are NOT ALONE!! am sure you will make good friends here well am looking forward to get to know you and also looking forward to seeing your artwork!! Oh Brenda has written a book called drawing for dummies which is very good and the best ever drawing book that i have ever seen as i have read 100s of art books and not many have helped me as i like to see step by step rather then just lots of long words in a 300 page book that dont really help me well i will shut up now lol well u can slap me anytime if i talk to much lol
