Sky The Artist
Hey everyone! My name's Sky, and I just recently stumbled into this site. I took a look at some of the lesson previews, but were not able to see them because I was not a member. So lo and behold, I joined, and I hope I'm going to like it here. ^^

I've been drawing since I was 8-9 (18 now) but I really only took art seriously last year. So I'm a little bit of a late bloomer, so to speak. I want to learn as much as I can before my Senior Year of high school ends, so I have some skill to help me for college courses.

I'm not entirely clear on what I want to be. I'm thinking somewhere in the animation industry, seeing as I love cartoons and draw them. I'm better at doing fast, messy sketches, and my work style is typically speedy, if that makes sense. It's hard for me to spend more than an hour or two on a drawing, but i've been working on taking more time to do so. Longest so far has been a four hour digital painting, so I'm getting better at spending time.

Sorry for rambling, but this an introduction. tongue.gif So glad to be here, and I hope to meet some cool people as well as learn!

Hey there!

I'm new to the site too, I found it the same way you did and I find their lessons very helpful, I want to be a tattoo artist when I go off to college, luckily I have a few years until then. But I'm sure you're very stressed if you're a senior in highschool.!

good luck xx
