How long have you been drawing ?

Thank you all for your nice replies! @Kim: I began sketching in August this year. I wanted to draw my beloved siamese cat, but didn`t know how to manage that. When i saw Brenda`s lessons I was encouraged to try drawing and so I started. I´m learning with her lessons and I love it, though I have only very little time left.
The challenges are very difficult, aren`t they?
But I´ll try the rose.

these challenges were alot harder .. but each person to host get s to pick the pictures.. and the next will maybe give the beginner a good chance to join in and try....no worries cause I was even afraid to try them .. but I did and was glad I did ....for the short amount of time you have been drawing .. just join in on the next challenge and even if you think its too hard .. trust me you will learn something

you started drawing in august all I can say is wow what are you going to be like in a few years

he has talent that he was born with ....I think some people were just born to be able to draw ..others learn to draw ..I know people that can not even draw a straight line .

I started drawing in October after I found this forum. I did the butterfly in the 2nd challenge and the first three drawings in the 3rd challenge. I spent a fair amount of time on the paperweight and did quick sketches of the flower and boy. I figure some people are here because they have talent to share and others are here to learn.
So good or bad so long as I am progressing I'm willing to put my work on the line. Hope to see more of your work.

very true paulette ....this is the place to learn trust me I am still learning even the beginners teach me stuff .. so I learn from everyone .
